Tulips are part of nature. Meaning we can't control if a bloom opens, how long it will last, when will it drop the petals. We can provide our recommendations (Below) on how to give the stems the best chance for longer vase life. Depending on variety, vase life can be 2 days up to 8 days.

We are unable to replace or refund for a stem that drops petals quickly. If you have more than half your stems that drop petals, we will happily replace for you. Please email photos to redtwigfarmsohio@gmail.com of them in the vase together. Vase Life: Depending on the variety can be 2-8 days if properly changing water, cleaning the vase, re-cutting the stems and keeping them away from the sunlight or any heat source. The longer they are outside in a shipping box or left at the door or in a hot car the shorter the vase life.

Being a perishable product we are not able to replace if you do not show up to pick up your bouquet on the designated day, fail to show up with forfeit the bouquet.

All sales are final, non refundable. If you are not able to pick up you can send someone to pick up for you.
