Tulips are part of nature. Meaning we can't control if a bloom opens, how long it will last, when will it drop the petals. We can provide our recommendations (Below) on how to give the stems the best chance for longer vase life. Depending on variety, vase life can be 2 days up to 8 days.

We are unable to replace or refund for a stem that drops petals quickly. If you have more than half your stems that drop petals, we will happily replace for you. Please email photos to redtwigfarmsohio@gmail.com of them in the vase together. Vase Life: Depending on the variety can be 2-8 days if properly changing water, cleaning the vase, re-cutting the stems and keeping them away from the sunlight or any heat source. The longer they are outside in a shipping box or left at the door or in a hot car the shorter the vase life.

Overnight shipping via Fedex or UPS is in the pricing shown. SAVINGS from 2021 boxes!! They were $30 each to customer and we paid the overages. New for 2022 this direct cost is $20 per box to our customers, we will pay the overage.

What’s the box look like: The tulips will be packaged in our “Burrito” with hydration wrap, ice packs inside a foam wrap.

All sales are final, non refundable. Addresses are not able to be changed after checkout.

Changes: Not available to ship to Hawaii due to several shipping delay issues in 2023 season.
