FAQ
Can we visit the farm? What are your hours?
Unfortunately, we are an active working farm and no longer open to the public for tours or visiting except during Peony Plant Sale Day. Which that time we open our tunnel for sales only. No tour at that time either.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship our peonies & tulip bouquets with UPS Priority Overnight to most states (USA only). Once the boxes leave our processing facility we are not responsible for their condition. Damage just be reported to UPS directly within 24 hours of receiving. We do track orders and will email you if we see a delay and immediately start working with you to see the condition upon arrival. We have had peonies stuck in transit for 3 days and still arrive in good condition. Once the boxes leave our farm, UPS is responsible for the condition of the bouquet. You can file a claim for a refund through ups.com Unfortunately, they will no longer allow us to file the claim for you as photos will be required.
All Sales are Final. No cancellations, changes or refunds after an order is placed.
Peony Bareroot & Peony Plant Guarantee
We take pride in our peony bareroot by providing you a healthy bareroot with at least 2 eyes. We strive for 3/5 size. Each variety is different and grows at different rates. Free of any plant diseases. We do not assure the bareroot will live and grow for you the way they do for us. There are too many circumstances beyond our control such as soil condition, planting placement, sun, water, how long it was in the box it shipped in. It is your responsibility to plant following our suggested planting instruction. You are responsible to check your package, open for airflow and confirm you see eyes within 24-48 hours of receiving the bareroot. If you do not see eyes during this timeframe please email us photos of the bareroot. Please check your growing zone prior to purchasing. Peonies are Zones 3 thru 8 only unless noted otherwise. Anything above 9 they will not survive. They MUST go into the ground and can not be in a container.
*These directions are guidelines but not a guarantee that your plant will survive/perform where you plant it. We urge you to ask us questions for recommendations on how to get the best out of your plant*
