We only ship our tubers within the United States.

Return/Warranty Information/Damage in Shipment:

We are not able to warranty tubers due to shipping issues, improper storage, planting conditions. We do not refund for weather issues, crop failure or poor growing conditions. Each tuber will have one visible eye at the time of shipment. If you do not see an eye at the time of arrival, please email us within 3 days of receiving with photos of the tuber in question. Damaged Shipment: Please include any pictures of damaged tubers so that a claim can be made with USPS. Refunds: All refunds will be in the form of a gift card that can be used on any future products that we offer. No refund back to the original form of payment or cash. We do not have control of their growing performance.

Early Shipping:

We will offer early shipping for warmer states: At the checkout to receive early shipping, please select “Dahlia Early Shipping” this has an additional cost of $12.00 which covers insulation packaging. While we are not able to control what happens after they leave our farm, we cannot guarantee early shipping tubers arrive safely. We do our best to insulate but transit storage and weather conditions are beyond our control.
